APH is a third-generation family-owned aftermarket auto parts distributor based in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.
We are looking to develop a team of store leadership professionals through our comprehensive store manager training program!
The Store Manager Trainee program consists of learning and understanding the daily operations of running a store location and leading a team. The right candidate will spend 6-12 months developing their skills through a comprehensive training program. This daytime position is primarily Monday through Friday with the occasional weekends pending the store training location. Upon the successful completion of this program, the candidate will be placed at a store location in a leadership role.
