As a Location Manager at BENCO Equipment you will have the opportunity to lead and grow the Benco Bismarck location. You will have direct responsibility for leading a team, driving sales and fulfilling customer commitments in the region. The right person will be located in Bismarck, ND and will be supervised under the direction of the Benco General Manager, located in St. Cloud, MN.

• Two year degree in automotive or related field
• Knowledge of the automotive service and shop equipment business is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a location team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the company as well as customers and suppliers
• Proficient with Microsoft Programs
