The BENCO Inside Sales/Parts Representative is directly responsible for calling on and servicing various customers BENCO. These customers may be Wholesale or otherwise. The BENCO Inside Sales/Parts Representative is also responsible for assisting in promoting and advancing company marketing/sales programs as appropriate and requested. This position is also responsible to create estimates, quotes and bids for new and existing customers and accounts.

Job Qualifications:

· High school diploma or (GED) equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (mechanical, technical or sales).

· Solid mechanical aptitude

· Basic understanding of estimating, bidding and quotes

· Understanding and basic level or proficiency of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

· Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization

· Sells parts and automotive equipment in a designated territory, with frequent, periodic calls to customers in that territory.

· Ability to be innovative to solve problems

· Ability to properly respond to customer requests in a timely fashion

· Ability to anticipate situations and be prepared to address them

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Call on customers per the schedule/strategy created with the General Manager or other members of the management team

· Serve retail and wholesale customers to make BENCO Equipment the first call parts source

· Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets

· Conduct sales transactions with adherence to store/company policies and procedures

· Complete all related reports accurately and on time

· Participate in training programs, learning about our products, our programs and our customers

· Represent BENCO Equipment in a professional and positive manner

· Assist other team members as needed
