Job Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks for the HR department.  The HR Assistant will gather and organize paperwork for employee records, document HR actions by completing and processing invoices, forms, reports, logs, and records, job postings and provide HR customer service to the organization as required.  The HR Assistant will also support other HR related projects as required. 

Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma

  • 2 years of administrative experience with a customer service focus (preferred)

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

  • Good understanding of record keeping and compliance

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work with confidential information according to APH policies


Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Office Administrative Work

  • HR Compliance Support/HR & Employee File Maintenance

  • Customer service support

  • Other administrative duties such as filing, reporting/tracking, and company mailings
