The Store Route Driver’sprimary responsibility is delivery and pick up of parts on a specific route.The store route driver will deliver parts to specific customers on a dailybasis and may make daily pickups from other stores. This person also may pullthe parts that need to be delivered. In addition, this person is responsiblefor picking up returns from customer sites. The route driver is responsible formaintaining the company vehicle they use, ensuring it is in excellentcondition. The store route driver’s secondary responsibilities consist ofassisting in maintaining store appearance, security, safety and dailyoperational standards as set and assigned by the store manager.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Average organizational skills

• Average verbal and written communication skills

• Familiar with store operating procedures

• Ensure accurate, safe and timely delivery and pick-up of product on the route

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers

• Pick up and drop off freight at sister stores

• Complete paperwork accurately and on time

• Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition by periodic washing, keeping the interior clean and organized and by checking engine fluid levels as required
