Pricing Office Clerk / Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary:
The Pricing Office Clerk / Data Entry Assistant is responsible for providing efficient, professional and customer focused support of APH’s pricing requirements. This includes price shopping competitors, recording and tracking competitive price information, maintaining part files, loading promotions and rebate registration.

Job Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • High School Diploma and 1 year of general office experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, logical reasoning and organization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Work independently or within a team setting
  • Working knowledge of Internet navigation and company related programs
  • General office or data processing experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately load and maintain manufacturer, part, price, UPC and unit of measure data, loading the information via Excel or manual entry
  • Load and maintain promotional pricing
  • Competitive price shops
  • MFG Rebate registration
  • Assist team members and management as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
